2. Dehulling: The outer layer of the millet grain, known as the hull or husk, is

removed using a dehulling machine.

3. Soaking: The cleaned millets are soaked in water to reduce the anti-nutrients.

4. Sprouting: The soaked millets are germinated under proper conditions.

5. Drying and roasting: The sprouted millets are solar-dried and gently roasted in uruli.

6. Grinding: The millets are finely ground.

7. Air-dried: The millet flour is then air-dried to reduce their moisture content and improve their shelf life.

8. Packaging: And then the flour is vacuum packed.

  • Rotis/Chapatis: Use alone or mixed with wheat flour for soft, nutritious rotis.
