Eligibility for Returns
Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, most food items are non-returnable unless they meet specific conditions outlined below.
Returnable Items
We accept returns only for:
- Incorrect or damaged products delivered
- Products that were expired upon delivery
These items may qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, subject to verification by our team.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Promotional or discounted items, unless defective
Conditions for Return
For eligible items, returns are accepted only if
- The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all labels intact.
- The issue (damage, incorrect item, etc.) is clearly visible in the photos sent as proof.
- Please record and send video of package opening in case of damages we will review and take necessary actions.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return request.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.

- Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
- Return Approval: Our customer support team will verify the request and approve eligible returns.
Please note: Do not send any items back without return approval, as we will not be able to process unapproved returns
Refund Process
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted for eligible returnable items only. Refunds are processed as per the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item (if applicable) and verifying the claim.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds to credit/debit cards typically appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
- UPI and Wallets: Refunds to UPI or e-wallets typically reflect within 2-3 business days after processing.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped for a full refund. Orders
cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
Replacement or Exchange Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In cases where you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:
- We may provide an exchange or replacement product, subject to availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund per our Refund Process.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping charges.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return does not qualify as defective, incorrect, or expired, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping fees.
