Tracking Your Order

Delivery Attempt
Our delivery partner will make two attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery agent will attempt to contact you. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Non-Delivery and Lost Packages
In the rare event of a non-delivery or lost package, please notify us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and take appropriate actions to resolve the matter.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or
repeated failed delivery attempts, we may issue a refund or attempt redelivery based

Receiving and Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents immediately to ensure
there are no damages or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to us within 24
hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Perishable Products
Since we specialize in natural and organic products, many of which are perishable, please store them as recommended upon receipt. The Good Health (TGH) is not responsible for product quality if storage recommendations are not followed.
Damages and Issues
If you notice any damage to the package or product, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number, photos and videos of the product and packaging.
Signature Confirmation
For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the package, the courier may leave a notification for you to arrange a pickup or reschedule delivery.
