Our sprouted black rice flakes are made from indigenous variety of rice called Forbidden rice or black rice or Karuppu kavani rice. These grain are highly nutritious and further due to soaking and sprouting there is enhanced nutritional profile and improved digestibility. Black rice flakes are rich in nutrients like Antioxidants especially anthocyanin’s, fiber, Iron. This rice has low GI index there by ideal choice for people with diabetes. 5. Drying and roasting: The sprouted rice are solar-dried and gently roasted in uruli
