Benefits

Supports Muscle Growth and Repair

Sprouted quinoa is naturally rich in high quality plant protein containing all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein source. Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass, while sprouting improves protein digestibility and nutrient availability.

Supports Healthy Digestion

The cluster beans powder provide soluble fiber, while quinoa contributes dietary fiber that supports regular bowel movements and healthy gut function. Sprouting also reduces naturally occurring antinutrients, making the noodles easier to digest.

Supports Sustained Energy

The combination of complex carbohydrates, plant protein, and fiber provides gradual energy release, helping maintain fullness and stable energy levels throughout the day.

Provides Antioxidant Protection

Quinoa naturally contains quercetin, kaempferol, vitamin E, and other antioxidant compounds, while turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, and pepper in the seasoning add additional polyphenols. These antioxidants help protect cells from oxidative stress and support overall wellness.

Supports Heart Health

Dietary fiber, magnesium, potassium, and healthy fats from cold pressed coconut oil contribute to normal cardiovascular function. Soluble fiber from cluster beans also supports healthy cholesterol metabolism as part of a balanced diet.

Supports Metabolism and Immune Function

The noodles naturally provide B vitamins, iron, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus, which contribute to normal energy metabolism, immune function, and overall vitality. Sprouting enhances the availability of several of these essential nutrients.
