Herbal Hair Dye (Pack of 5 Sachets)

Plant Based | Herbal Colour | Traditional Botanical Blend

The Good Health Herbal Hair Dye brings together henna and indigo with a blend of botanical ingredients including amla, haritaki, hibiscus, rose, curry leaves, catechu bark, walnut shell and jatamansi. Inspired by traditional hair colouring practices, the fine botanical powder is designed for a simple at home colouring routine. When mixed with water, it forms a smooth paste that is easy to prepare and apply. Henna and indigo are traditionally used together for hair colouring, while the additional botanicals give the formulation its distinctive herbal character.

Ingredients

Henna Leaf Powder, Indigo Leaf Powder, Haritaki Fruit Powder, Amla Fruit Powder, Hibiscus Flower Powder, Rose Flower Powder, Curry Leaf Powder, Catechu Bark Powder, Walnut Shell Powder, Jatamansi Root Powder.

How to Use

Before you start:

  1. Use only on freshly washed, completely dry hair. Colour will not develop properly on unwashed or oily hair.

  2. Patch Test: Do a patch test before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivity to natural ingredients.

  3. APPLY: Apply a small amount of the prepared product to a 1-inch (2.5 cm) area of clean, dry skin, preferably behind the ear or on the inner forearm.

  4. WAIT: Leave the product on the test area for 45 minutes.

  5. WASH: Rinse the area thoroughly with water after 45 minutes.

  6. OBSERVE: Check the test area for 24–48 hours for redness, itching, burning, irritation, swelling or rash.

  7. DO NOT USE: If any reaction occurs during application or within the observation period, do not use the product.

  8. IF NO REACTION: If no reaction is observed after 24–48 hours, use the product as directed.

  9. Note: Perform the patch test before every use, even if you have used the product previously without any reaction.

For hair:

  1. Mix the dye with water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Apply evenly to clean, dry hair using gloves.
  3. Leave on for 45 minutes.
  4. Rinse with plain water only the same day.
  5. From the next day, use a natural shampoo or our Hair Wash Powder.

For beard:

  1. Apply a little coconut oil on the skin around the beard area to prevent staining.
  2. Apply the dye carefully on the beard hair only.
  3. Leave on for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Wash off with plain water.

Two things to avoid:

  • Applying on unwashed hair — the colour won't come through as expected.
  • Leaving it on for 1–2 hours — this does not deepen the colour, it only makes hair feel dry. 45 minutes is enough.
