ADAI DOSA PREMIX

Bring home the familiar taste of traditional Adai in a convenient ready to cook form with The Good Health Millet Adai Premix. Made with unpolished little millet, Tur Dal, Chana Dal, Moong Dal and Urad Dal, this blend is combined with red chilli, fennel seeds, asafoetida, dry ginger and turmeric, along with moringa, coriander and curry leaves for a naturally aromatic and flavourful preparation. The ingredients are carefully selected, processed and blended to retain their distinct character, giving you an easy way to prepare freshly cooked Adai without the need for separate grinding, soaking or fermentation. Just mix with water, spread on a hot tawa and cook to your preferred texture, from soft and tender to golden and crisp.

  1. Take the required quantity of Adai Dosa Premix in a bowl.  

  2. Add water gradually and mix well to prepare a smooth, pourable batter.  

  3. Add chopped onion, ginger, or fresh greens as desired.  

  4. Heat an iron or non-stick tawa and lightly grease it with oil or ghee.  

  5. Pour the batter onto the tawa and spread into the desired thickness.  

  6. Cook on both sides until properly cooked and serve warm.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.  

  • Keep the pack tightly closed after opening.  

  • Use a clean, dry spoon when handling the premix.  

  • Prepare the batter with clean water.  

  • Once prepared, use the batter as appropriate and avoid prolonged storage at room temperature.
