The Good Health Sprout Activated Foxtail Idly Upma Rava is prepared from carefully selected foxtail millet using our patented sprout activation process. The whole grains are cleaned, dehulled, soaked, sprout activated, gently dried, traditionally roasted, and coarsely milled to retain their natural texture and cooking quality. 

The sprout activation process enhances the natural characteristics of the grain while preserving its authentic flavour and texture. This coarse millet rava is suitable for preparing a variety of traditional recipes including upma, pongal, idli, dosa, pancakes, kesari, and other wholesome dishes for everyday meals.
