Traditionally cultivated in the Sharontha and surrounding valleys of Rohru, Himachal Pradesh, at approximately 6,600 to 7,500+ ft, it is carefully handled and sun-cured for convenient storage and everyday culinary use. 

Its characteristic pinkish-purple outer skin and firm, aromatic cloves make it a distinctive ingredient for everyday cooking. It can be used in a variety of savoury preparations, including curries, stir-fries, soups, chutneys, marinades and sauces. 

Pink Himalayan Garlic. 

  • Separate the required cloves from the bulb and remove the outer skin.  

  • Use the cloves whole, sliced, chopped or crushed according to your recipe.  

  • Add to curries, dals, vegetables, soups, stir-fries, chutneys, marinades and sauces.  

  • Use according to your preferred taste and recipe requirements.  

  • Store the remaining garlic properly after use to maintain its quality and aroma.  

  • Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and moisture. 

  • Protect the product from humidity and water exposure.

  • Do not refrigerate. 

  • Consume within the best-before period mentioned on the packaging.
