Moringa Millet Vermicelli

Prepared using Sprouted Kodo Millet and Moringa Leaves Powder, this vermicelli offers a traditional millet-based alternative for everyday meals. The kodo millet is naturally sprouted and blended with moringa leaves powder and RO water using minimal processing. It can be used to prepare a variety of savoury and sweet dishes such as upma, vegetable vermicelli, lemon vermicelli, coconut vermicelli, steamed preparations, and traditional recipes. Suitable for everyday cooking as part of a balanced diet.

Direct Cook Method 

  • Boil 250–300 ml of water. 

  • Add the vermicelli and cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame. 

  • Mix with prepared vegetables or seasoning and serve hot. 

Soak & Cook Method 

  • Soak the vermicelli for 1 minute and drain. 

  • Add to prepared seasoning with vegetables. 

  • Cover and cook for 2 minutes. 

  • Serve hot. 

Steam Method 

  • Soak the vermicelli for 1 minute and drain. 

  • Steam for 3–5 minutes. 

  • Mix with sweet or savoury ingredients as preferred. 

  • Serve warm. 

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 
  • Keep the pack tightly sealed after opening. 
  • Protect from moisture. 
  • Use a dry spoon while handling. 
  • Cook thoroughly before consumption. 
  • Shelf Life: 3 months from the date of manufacture.
