Cooking Method 

  1. Boil the noodles in water for 3 to 4 minutes.  

  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.  

  3. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté vegetables if desired.  

  4. Add the cooked noodles and seasoning.  

  5. Toss well for 2 to 3 minutes.  

  6. Serve hot and garnish with herbs or roasted seeds if preferred.
