100% Sprouted Ragi Millet Rava 

Upma 

  • Roast lightly if desired.  

  • Cook one cup of rava with approximately three cups of water.  

  • Add vegetables, spices, and seasoning.  

Idli 

  • Mix one part urad dal with two parts ragi rava.  

  • Ferment the batter and steam until cooked.  

Dosa 

  • Prepare dosa batter using ragi rava and urad dal.  

  • Ferment and cook on a hot pan.  

Porridge 

  • Cook with milk or water.  

  • Sweeten with jaggery and garnish with nuts if preferred.
